Scott Nettleton is Ridgeline Technology’s fearless leader – mentoring his team by example in always understanding our number one priority—the customer. With 20 years of sales management experience in state / local and federal government sectors including the Department of Defense, as well as commercial experience gained in the telecommunications and healthcare industries, Scott is entrenched in understanding his customer's missions.

Melissa Payton, Director, Sales/Marketing

Facilitator of our sales and marketing programs--and a bit of a perfectionist (not that there is anything wrong with that). Melissa believes in an “open door policy” so that feedback is heard and action is taken, thus ensuring the best experience possible. With more than 20 years of experience in sales, contracts, and marketing to markets including the federal government, Department of Defense, and healthcare markets, Melissa understands the value of listening to customers.
